Exchanges and Returns
merchandise purchased online can be exchanged or refunded if returned to us, unworn and in the original intact packaging.
The request for exchange or return of goods must take place within 15 days from the date of purchase (shown on the receipt) and the return to us within the next 15 days. For the return of goods with a refund request, € 10 will be charged for management fees, then withheld from the refund. For exchanges of goods, shipping costs will always be charged to the customer.
Shipping
We ship throughout Italy by express courier at a cost of 7 €.
For orders over 100 € shipping costs are free.
Orders received are processed and shipped normally within 24 hours and our forwarder delivers the goods ordered on the national territory in 24-72 hours.
Payments
Purchased products can be paid for in a super secure way in order to ensure the buyer’s total peace of mind.
For this we have chosen these options:
Cash on delivery
This service is available only for residents of Italy, you pay the courier upon delivery of the order in cash.
This method of payment has a cost that will be reported in the order confirmation phase.
Paypal and Credit Card
you can use your Paypal account or even your credit card directly.
This service has no additional costs and is immediate.
Bank transfer
when confirming the order it will be possible to choose this option by receiving our bank details to make the transfer. This option is by far the safest but it takes a day or two for the payment to be received by us. As soon as payment is received, we will ship the goods without further processing times.
