Swiss virgin wool meets Tasmanian lightness: the WESTALPEN SWISSWOOL HYBRID men’s high mountain hiking jacket is an extraordinary combination made of Swiss SWISSWOOL and MERINO FLEECE GRID insulation material with Tasmanian Merino wool inside.

The 60 g / m² SWISSWOOL padding is always used where there is the greatest need for protection and warmth. Sustainable Swiss virgin wool is wrapped in an elastic, breathable and wind-resistant material: SWISSWOOL TEC-STRETCH. Conveniently combined with the lightweight padding and stretchy outer material of this hybrid jacket is our MERINO FLEECE GRID: the fleece not only ensures great freedom of movement and feels pleasant on the skin, but thanks to its channel structure it also features a high heat retention ability. In addition, the Tasmanian Merino wool inside regulates humidity and temperature, is soft on the skin and is naturally neutral to odors. The combination of SWISSWOOL in the chin area and FLEECE GRID MATERIAL on the neck ensures an optimal temperature. The backpack-optimized chest pocket offers stowage space for your finger, mobile phone or map.
